In the opening scene, we see Divina Chua with Miguel, who is surprised that she made a move without informing him first. She then tells him that he is only after the money, but she is after everything she can get from Crestmont. This scene reveals that Divina is truly a snake in the grass and is far worse than Miguel.

In the next scene, we see Violet having her breakfast and being joined by Julian, who insists that she must sell Chocolatier because that is what their family needs, which is money above everything else. He rudely leaves Violet on her own.

Following that, we see that Julian is with a potential buyer in a restaurant. But his judgment has been clouded by greed, and he is stepping on his toes while dealing with the potential buyer. Julian had a bad meeting because he tried to convince the guy that Chocolatier was for sale when it wasn’t, and the potential buyer was a member of the Rotary Club. The name of his wife, Violet, was brought up, and naturally, because of her family name and the family business she has become officially a part of, they know she is the new CEO of Chocolatier. That was the first major red flag for the prospective buyer. The second red flag is that he is meeting with Julian rather than Violet.

Julian gives his best argument for why the potential buyer is suited to purchase Chocolatier since this falls in line with his business, but Julian is trying to sell Chocolatier for 30 million pesos, and realistically, since he is only after instant money, he does not even realize the real financial value of Chocolatier, and no food subsidy at the first-class level of Chocolatier should have such a low selling price. This is not a fast food branch we are talking about here; this is the entire food division at Chocolates of Crestmont. I mean, the prices are all over the place with Julian. Something is amiss here in his thinking or mindset. Is it because of the political ambitions that his father has for him? Is it because of his other woman, Jade Lee? Or both? For one, Julian clearly has zero knowledge of business economics and financing.
Never would a potential buyer fall for the trappings of a “Julian.” Realistically, both of them could end up in jail for this for a variety of reasons, including Julian’s deception, which is tantamount to fraud, and, of course, Crestmont has their lawyers and Felino to prevent Julian from committing such a silly attempted act on his part. Chocolatier can only be sold if everyone on the board of directors, including the CEO, Violet Chua, votes unanimously.

In the next scene, we see Dahlia, Elvin, and their two best friends eating out at a fast-food restaurant. They are all being treated by Elvin, who is in a jolly mood, and Dahlia reminds them to take advantage of his generosity because he is on the cheap side and this does not come often. Interesting enough, a television is in the fast food restaurant, and we hear a certain lawyer being interviewed by the media for his victory in getting severance pay for the workers of a certain factory.
For a split second, I believe Dahlia thought they were talking about Crestmont, and true enough, other customers present nearby their table heard the news and were talking amongst themselves about hoping to join a union and that they wished they could finally get their benefits at Crestmont. Upon hearing the word Crestmont, this immediately grabs Dahlia’s attention out at a fast-food restaurant.
Then she leans over and looks to her right to ask the two customers where they work. They say Crestmont, and she plays the coy role, pretending to have no real reason for asking them the question. The awareness of Dahlia is praiseworthy here. She is becoming one of the few saving graces of Crestmont.

In the Crestmont building, the secretary then brings Violet to a meeting with Chocolatier’s board of directors; she has three brand new Rolex watches to give them. They give a brief report on their good sales. After that, Violet gives a brief but somewhat pointless speech in which she encourages them to open the cases of the Rolex watches that she has now given to them all. Naturally, they are in awe when they see them, unless, of course, they do not have that specific model. This is another case of Violet having her heart in the right place but making poor decisions because of it. As a general rule, you should never give expensive or luxurious items as “gifts” to your board of directors on the first day of your official meeting with them because you are not supposed to bribe or persuade them to do their respective jobs because they are already paid for them, and I am sure they can afford to buy these things if they wanted to. Never reverse the roles here because she is the CEO. Well, either way, let us see how this goes for Violet in the long run.

In the next scene, we are back at the Crestmont building, and here we see Violet and her secretary walking the hallway after her official first meeting with her board of directors. Naturally, her secretary is singing her praises, and she slips out that she hopes she gets along better with the employees of Crestmont than how Lily is dealing with them because the word going around is that there is going to be a strike for the workers who are not contractual employees. Upon hearing this, Violet sees a chink in the armor of Lily, insults her a bit physically, then swoops in for her move, and the writing is on the wall that she will try to win over to her side these disgruntled employees.

Then, we are back in the office of Violet, which seems a lot bigger now than what we saw in the previous episode. Violet’s secretary is watching something on YouTube to pass the time; her constant laughing irritates Violet, who hilariously hits the office chair the secretary was sitting on; she wonders what she was watching, and the secretary says something smart, suggesting that she get vloggers to help her with Chocolatier marketing. A skeptical Violet gives this a chance; she right away calls somebody and requests that person help her. Who is this unidentified person Violet called?

In the next scene, we see Dahlia, Elvin, and their two best friends talking about the attorney, who has an excellent track record of winning cases for disgruntled employees. In that moment, it is becoming a tempting idea for Dahlia to help out with the disgruntled employees of Crestmont, but she is reminded by her friend that she was advanced the money needed (100K) to help pay for the hospital bills of her mother, Belinda, and that she is still working to pay that loan she got from Lily. Now, Elvin, who is becoming the voice of reason in his own simple mind, tells Dahlia to be careful about getting into the battles of others, which he is absolutely correct about. This is enough to put a stop to Dahlia worrying about the problems of the disgruntled employees she got to informally talk to earlier, and now the name of the attorney with a high win rate in court is clear; his name is Attorney.Jonas comes complete with a catchphrase that Dahlia and Elvin’s friend say constantly throughout the scene.

Next scene, we are in the room of Petersen, who is reading something from his desktop to his annoyance, and it is a history lesson about some of our National Heroes. Now, reading it aloud obviously gets the attention of his younger brother, Andrew, who directly tells him that he has no plans on helping him out with his assignment because he himself has an assignment to attend to. And he does not want to add to the problems of their mother, Lily. Upon hearing this, Petersen, with a guilty mindset, openly asks him if this is about him being the “problem child” in what he is saying he believes himself to be, while referring to him as the “Golden Child.” Well, this is enough to get Petersen back to lying on his bed and forgetting his assignment. Petersen is still as lazy as ever, but he is doing better dealing with his younger brother, Andrew.

Violet receives a message from her mysterious friend in her office, and she is overjoyed to go down stairs already in the lobby of the Crestmont building to see this yet-to-be-identified person, and then, as she passes through the revolving door, it is SMALL LAUDE!
Small Laude is the one and only legitimate socialite, super-rich businesswoman, and part of a business empire herself. WOW! This is a real-world figure and celebrity who is now in an episode of Mano Po Legacy:The Flower Sister. Violet has arrived, and she is ecstatic to see her, greet her, and invite Small Laude upstairs to her office.
Shortly after they finish talking, Lily arrives to see Violet’s friend, and Lily, being herself, is apparently unimpressed with Small Laude, but Violet insists that she will be a big help to the marketing of Chocolatier, and perhaps she can also be a big help to Lily? This does not elicit an immediate response from Lily, who claims that she does not need socialite friends, to which Violet responds with a nice line about saying she no real friends. They abandon Lily in order to taste test Chocolatier’s product line. Also, Small Laude admits she is a fan of the product line that Lily puts out in their snack division. What a special scene this was! Take note: This is the first time that Small Laude has appeared in any television program or series.

We are now transported to 2004, to a young Lily, a middle-aged Aurora, and Charlie, Lily’s younger brother. Here, we see Charlie studying well because he wants to enter the college that his father (Leopoldo Chua) wants him to enter, and Lily notices that Charlie has not eaten yet, and she reminds him that if his stomach is empty, he cannot focus on studies. Charlie says that Lily has set a standard so high that he must reach it himself. But he follows the advice of Lily to take a break from studying, and Lily is there to give Charlie a comforting pat on the back while we see Aurora watching from a distance, proud of the respect they have for each other. also being very supportive of each other.

In the same scene, but in the next sequence, we see Lily seeing Aurora sitting in the sala of their house. She is approached by Lily and asked about the whereabouts of her father, Leopoldo Chua; she says he is in the bedroom. Aurora informs Charlie that she has previously observed them and commends Lily for being the supportive older sister that she is to Charlie. Which Lily tells Aurora that Charlie is really trying his best to live up to expectations, but Aurora confides in her that he is not ready and that the future of their family business is in her hands.

In the present time, we see Violet and Lily in Violet’s office; they seem civil enough that she goes to ask Violet if she likes her brand new office. She says yes. Then, Lily notices something on her office desk, and Violet tells her it is an amity from Divina Chua. This alarmed Lily, who was wondering how Violet obtained it, and Violet revealed to her that she had met up with Divina only to catch up. However, Lily senses the danger in dealing with someone like Divina Chua, who is, to put it mildly, a snake in the grass, and tells Violet that if she needs advisors, she can always supply them for Violet. Violet uses her age to insist she knows who to deal with, then tells Lily to focus on the disgruntled Crestmont employees who want to strike! This is shocking for Lily because how did Violet know about an internal matter, supposedly? Violet refuses to tell Lily who or how she found out. Then she leaves her office. In the hallway, she dials her uncle Felino’s number and informs the person on the other end of the line that Violet has finally succumbed to their worst fears.

Next scene, we are in the law offices of the popular Attorney.Jonas, and there are already two employees filtering in wanting his services; they are employees of Crestfood, the food division of Crestmont. The Attorney has arrived. Attorney. =Jonas is going through their contracts, and he regretfully informs them that due to the comprehensive contract, they risk termination if they attempt to sue, and it is not mentioned there about forming a union or unionization. But, Attorney. Jonas cites his most recent high-profile victory against Green Alliance as being because there were a lot of loopholes in their contracts with their employees, which gave him an opening to make a move and go on strike on behalf of the employees. This disappoints the two headstrong Crestfood employees. For now, Lily is still safe.
In the following scene, we are at the office of Lily, where there is the secretary, Melissa, and the administrative assistant, Dahlia. She mentions the news of the mass resignation, and Melissa quickly gets up and pulls Dahlia further away from the office of Lily. Dahlia is wondering if there is any other way to prevent this from happening. And, according to the person that Melissa spoke with in the sales department, they will continue with their plan for the mass resignation.
In the next scene, we see Petersen, who is again asleep on his bed, getting awakened by a call from his friend; his friend wants to do some gaming in his room. As Petersen gets up from his bed and it is already in the afternoon, here comes one of the maids holding a bunch of envelopes; Petersen assumes it must be some letters for his younger brother, Andrew; upon opening one of the envelopes, he realizes it is not for him, but it is his dismissal papers from his school. Petersen has been kicked out. Now, he tells his friend, Jake, about this, which does not surprise him because he does not do his assignments or his projects, and he clearly is not going to school. He then tells him that if he could have his parents talk to the board of his school, it might solve it. to which he refutes his claim. Petersen is now an out-of-school youth. A lesson for all the children out there. Study well!
In the next scene, we see Felino, Lily, one of their lawyers, and Dahlia discussing the planned mass resignation. When Lily learns of this development, she becomes even more concerned, and she insists on finding out how Dahlia learned of it; Dahlia lies, claiming she simply heard about it. Next, Lily thinks Dahlia is on her side and on the side of Crestmont by informing them about this, but to her disappointment, she only revealed this to them because she is hoping that they could do something to help the employees. This annoys, upsets, and infuriates Lily because Dahlia is being a traitor to them by siding with the employees; then, she mentions that she understands where they are coming from. Which Lily quickly reminds herself and Dahlia is exactly why she is thinking that way, and just because she had a good showing in a previous meeting, she ignorantly and arrogantly assumes she knows more about running a company than all of them. This causes Dahlia to say sorry, and she does her walk of shame.

In the following scene, Julian and his father, Miguel, meet in a restaurant with a French cafe theme and setting. He immediately inquires about his discussions with Violet, and then informs her that it is in the national news that she has been named the new CEO of Chocolatier. Miguel warns Julian that she will undoubtedly perform poorly, lowering the financial value of Chocolatier to investors. Julian reassures him that he is convincing Violet to sell Chocolatier in due time. He abruptly gets a call from Violet to come home.

In the home of Violet, here is Julian joining Kayla and Violet for dinner. Some school stuff is talked about with Kayla, then Julian quickly switches his attention to Violet, asking her how she is doing as a CEO, how are the sales, and if she has already had a catfight with Violet. Violet did not respond. But this was a nice and lighthearted moment for all three to have.
Then, we see Redmond giving a massage to Lily in their bedroom. They discuss the latest stepping over the line by Dahlia, but Redmond tells her that she means well and that at least she has one less problem with Chocolatier being sold. Lily had no idea this was happening, and according to the source at Redmond, it is happening.

In the final scene, here is Dahlia back home, surrounded by Elvin and their two best friends. They are comforting her for what happened earlier in the office, and all of them are correct to remind her that it is not her place to get involved in those problems, and she should know her place and that it is not her responsibility to solve the problems of the people of Crestmont. Here comes Belinda; she overheard everything. She is shocked to find out that she has been working for Crestmont and that she is in the company of Leopoldo Chua.
